Spryhaul™ Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 15, 2026 · Publisher: Cyaniz Labs, LLC
Not a medical device. Not HIPAA. Spryhaul is a business logistics app for sprinters, cargo vans, and box trucks. It does not diagnose, treat, handle specimens, or certify collectors. It is not a HIPAA-covered product and is not represented as HIPAA-certified.
Information we collect
- Account data: company name, work email, and password (stored hashed) if you create an account on a later hosted backend.
- Operational data you enter: vehicles, loads, dispatches, contracts, credentials, and notes you create to run your freight business.
- Device data: standard technical data (device type, app version) for crash diagnostics. We do not collect precise background location; any location use is limited to data you actively enter (city/state) unless a future release adds device location and discloses it here first.
How we use it
Data you enter is used only to operate the app for you: matching vehicles to loads, keeping a day sheet, and generating operational records. We do not sell your data.
Third parties
We do not share operational data with third parties except service providers strictly necessary to run the app (e.g., hosting), under contractual confidentiality. The current closed-testing build may keep records on-device with no production backend.
Children
Spryhaul is a business tool intended for adult commercial carrier operators and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
